By using NeuroPhotoBot, the user agrees to the following:

  • NeuroPhotoBot provides digital AI-based photo generation services;
  • The service is provided "as is" and does not guarantee that results will match user expectations;
  • It is prohibited to use the service for generating unlawful, copyrighted, or offensive content;
  • Uploaded photos, text inputs, and related materials are used solely to process the user's request and are transmitted only to technical systems required for that processing;
  • Data is never used for unrelated purposes or shared with external companies;
  • All disputes are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain.

🔒 Privacy Policy

This document regulates personal data processing:

  • The service collects only the following information: Telegram ID, username, Telegram avatar, uploaded photos, and text prompts;
  • The service does not collect IP addresses, geolocation, device data, or other technical information;
  • Uploaded photos and generated results are stored in the user's profile within the app;
  • Users may request full data deletion by contacting support via Telegram;
  • Data is shared only with systems necessary for image generation — in the minimal amount required to process each request;
  • Malva Informatica S.L. complies with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and ensures safe and lawful data handling.

💶 Refund & Cancellation Policy

This document defines refund and cancellation rules for digital services:

  • If model training has not started — full refund;
  • If training is completed — €3 is deducted;
  • For each generated image, €0.10 is deducted;
  • For annual or monthly subscriptions, refunds are proportional to unused full months, and for weekly subscriptions — to unused full weeks;
  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time by contacting support;
  • Refund requests are processed within 5 business days.
